Mike Lynch
Operations Manager
Mike is our Operations Manager, responsible for daily field operations.  He achieved his backflow tester certification years ago, but stays pretty busy keeping all of our field techs coordinated.  Mike has developed an efficient system to ensure our customers receive timely communication and excellent service during backflow tests, repairs and installations.
James Barkley
Marketing / Human Resources
James is a certified Backflow Tester and Cross Connection Control Specialist. His many years of backflow testing, repair and installation experience are essential as he educates our customers and offers technical assistance, gathers field information to facilitate our quality control, and advocates for effective backflow prevention programs.  He is also our Safety Officer and Human Resources Representative.
Jesse Marsh
Field Service Manager
Jesse is our Field Service Manager and is a versatile member of our Operations staff. A Certified Cross Connection Control Specialist, he helps Mike to efficiently route our technicians in service to our customers, as well as being a Certified Backflow Technician for us in the field and overseeing training for our field technicians. He also writes our competitively priced bids and works with our suppliers to keep costs low.
Sharon Larsen
Customer Service
Sharon is essential to keeping our workflow efficient so that our customers receive the highest level of service. She communicates regularly with water district personnel and ensures that your compliance paperwork reaches the right hands! She also helps answer your calls, so she might be one of the first voices you hear.
Joann Stephenson
Accounts Receivable
Joann is our Accounts Receivable Specialist, ensuring your account details are valued. She can assist when you have invoicing questions.
Luke Evans
Customer Service
Luke is our Customer Service Specialist, assisting the operations team in serving you. From answering your calls, to writing proposals and researching accounts, he is all about making it easy.
Josh Hoden
Field Technician
Josh has been part of our team since 2011. As a Certified Backflow Tester and part of our training staff, he contributes every day to our culture of excellence.  Josh is a keen repair technician with the knowledge and experience to get things done right. He uses his knowledge to help our customers understand their backflow prevention equipment.
Alex Rivera
Field Technician
Alex has been with us since the early days of 2014. He is a Certified Backflow Tester, one of our training staff, and is cross-trained in the operational side of things. His enthusiasm, humility and desire to contribute make him an excellent part of our customer service team!
Brandon Gonzalez
Field Technician
Brandon comes to us with a solid background in concrete services. Working a lot with property managers, he really cemented his customer interaction skills. We're glad to have him on the team!
Edgar Quinonez
Field Technician
Edgar came to us from golf manufacturing, where he was in charge of customizing club heads fore some of the world's top golf professionals. He provides high attention to detail and putts our customers first.
Trent Smith
Field Technician
Trent is the newest addition to our team, but has worked quickly to become a certified backflow tester and trained technician. He comes to us with a dynamic skill set and crystal focus on serving our customers.

CA C-36 Contractor #1122068. Registered Contractor for California Department of Industrial Relations and Federal Public Works projects. Technicians have background clearance from FBI and California Dept of Justice.

Top Line Response Vehicles
Fully equipped service vehicles are well stocked with repair parts for all common sizes and models of backflow prevention devices.  Our technicians can usually solve service call problems on the first visit, saving you hassle, money and time.
24/7 Service
Regular office hours from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday.  When you call, someone will answer the phone.  We also provide After-Hour service for backflow emergencies.
Emergencies
Pacific Backflow offers after-hours emergency service to address urgent issues quickly and prevent water contamination. If your backflow preventer fails or you receive a violation notice, our expert technicians are ready to respond with rapid on-site diagnostics and repairs to restore compliance and protect your water supply.

REstart Program

In 1998, members of the San Diego chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management became concerned that spiraling housing costs, combined with welfare reform, would put many families on the street.

The REstart Program was created by real estate management professionals who are using education, training, and networking to train disadvantaged single parents for a new start in life through real estate.

The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is an international organization dedicated to building better communities by providing education and resources to the volunteers and professionals who serve community associations.

Southern California Rental Housing Association

The membership of the Southern California Rental Housing Association (SCRHA) makes up over 200,000 rental housing units throughout San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties.

With a dedicated staff to provide lobbying, operational advice, rental form packages and market analytics, the SCRHA provides a versatile foundation for success in the rental housing industry.

The SCRHA is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association and works to support the nation's rental professionals at the local, state and national levels.
