Living Water International  Worldwide, 884 million people lack access to safe drinking water. Communities are trapped in debilitating poverty because they constantly suffer from water-related illness, and/or because they spend much of their time carrying water over long distances.
LWI implements participatory, community-based water solutions in developing countries. LWI has completed more than 10,000 water projects for communities in over 26 countries.

REstart Program In 1998, members of the San Diego chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management became concerned that spiraling housing costs, combined with welfare reform, would put many families on the street. The REstart Program was created by real estate management professionals who are using education, training, and networking to train disadvantaged single parents for a new start in life through real estate.

Community Associations Institute  The Community Associations Institute (CAI) is an international organization dedicated to building better communities by providing education and resources to the volunteers and professionals who serve community associations.
